How to change the font theme in a Word template

Word templates have a number of built-in font themes. This post shows you how to change the font theme in a Word template.

Every Word template has its own built-in font theme. To change the fonts:

  • On the Design tab, click the drop-down arrow on the Fonts button.

  • The in-built font sets are displayed. In this example, the fonts are Rockwell and Arial.

  • Click on another font set and the template text will reflect the new fonts of Franklin Gothic Medium and Franklin Gothic Book.
