To change the picture on a PowerPoint Picture and Caption slide:

  • Remove the existing picture by selecting it and pressing the Delete key. An empty Picture Placeholder box will appear in its place.
  • Click the icon in the centre of the Placeholder box.

  • Navigate to the new picture and click the Insert button.
